Returns Policy
As all our engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order we do not accept any returns so please choose your jewellery purchases carefully. We will replace or repair any items that are deemed to have a manufacturing. If you have any questions please contact us.
ELLIOT & Co. are not in any way liable for general wear and tear; physical/accidental damage; scratches, dents or marks to any metal surface; damage caused to the jewellery by you or another party; loss of gemstones or diamonds; loss or theft of an item.


Pricing
All pricing quoted on this site is an indication only. All pricing will be confirmed based on the gemstone chosen in consultation with a ELLIOT & Co. team member. Every gemstone is unique and selected specifically for you and your budget. Please contact us. for more information regarding pricing on this site.


Images
All images are there as examples of our product. Final look of the product will depend on metal choice, diamond and/or gemstone choice. The colour of products may vary slightly from those shown on the website and sample product in a ELLIOT & Co. showroom.


Plating
All ELLIOT & Co. white gold items are rhodium plated to give a bright white finish to the jewellery. This plating will be worn away under normal wear and tear. Rhodium plating needs to be replaced through the lifetime of the jewellery at the customer's expense.


Design Rights
ELLIOT & Co. retain the rights to all designs created including but not limited to all bespoke designed pieces, the designs for clients, any production designs or published jewellery designs.  ELLIOT & Co. retain the right to quote, make amendments to any designs, make, and reproduce all designs.


Diamond Certificates
All diamonds greater than 0.50ct sold by ELLIOT & Co. come with an independent certificate of authenticity. All gemmological standards referred to on this website relate to the center stone of a setting

ELLIOT & CO. WEDDING BAND GIFT VOUCHER
1. This gift voucher gives the purchaser $250 (inclusive of GST) off the purchase of two wedding rings with a minimum purchase of $2,500 including GST (excluding any duty free collection fee if you elect to collect duty free) from ELLIOT & Co.
2. Both of the wedding bands need to be included in the same purchase to be eligible to use this Gift.
3. This Gift can be used on pieces from the wedding band collection or custom made wedding bands only.
4. The metals used in the wedding bands must be 18k white gold, 18k yellow gold, 18k rose gold, or platinum.
5. To be eligible to use this gift voucher the purchaser must have purchased an engagement ring from ELLIOT & Co. after 22 July 2015.
6. For the $250 gift to apply, collection of your wedding rings and the balance or your invoice must be made within 4 weeks of being notified that production of your wedding rings has been completed.
7. This gift is not transferrable for cash or to any other person.
8. This gift can not be used in-conjunction with any past, present or future promotion or offer from ELLIOT & Co..
